Each item is crafted with care and intention. Please note that due to the handmade or limited-edition nature of some works, minor variations may occur. Product descriptions and images aim to be as accurate as possible, but slight differences may exist.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe, our secure third-party payment provider. We do not store any credit card details.
3. Shipping
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. All care is taken to ensure that items are packaged securely and shipped in a timely, economical, and safe manner.
Once an item is dispatched, tracking information (if available) will be provided. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external postal service conditions. Shadowplay Creations is not responsible for delays or damage incurred during transit, but we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade and artistic products, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.
